A wallet-sized community resource pairing three grounding steps with direct connections to emergency, crisis, housing, food and youth shelter support.
Cards are provided at no charge to eligible Florida facilities. Delivery terms are shown below.

Reserve Lifeline Cards
Request up to 25 complimentary cards per eligible facility each quarter. Need more? Additional quantities may be approved based on community need and available inventory. No donation is required.
No payment is collected when you submit a request. PPHH will confirm any shipping fee before fulfillment.
Help Keep Lifeline Cards Available
Voluntary gifts help replenish cards for Florida communities. Suggested gift: $10. Donations are entirely optional and do not affect eligibility, approval or allocations.
Shipping charges are separate from donations.
