Brianna Banks has joined its Board of Directors as Development Project Tracker Assistant, effective September 18, 2025. Brianna demonstrates heart-felt commitment to advancing healing in underserved communities and embraces her passion for health through her work in Dental Assisting. Brianna also embodies exceptional organizational, communication, and marketing skills. 

As Development Project Tracker Assistant, Brianna will serve as the vital bridge between inspired vision and successful project completion. She will work closely with executive leadership to ensure our mission-critical initiatives stay organized, aligned, and executed with clarity. Her administrative background, team-building acumen, and heart-centered leadership will be pivotal in supporting our organizational architecture during these crucial early stages of growth. 

Tonitia Langley, M.Ed. has joined its Board of Directors as Director of Educational Development & Empowerment, effective November 7, 2025. Tonitia’s proven leadership in educational innovation, capacity building, and empowerment aligns profoundly with PPHH’s mission to revolutionize healthcare through knowledge, ethics, and holistic design. Her visionary work in transforming learning into healing will serve as a cornerstone in building PPHH’s educational frameworks, community engagement systems, and global empowerment initiatives.

Tonitia is a dynamic educational leader with more than 15 years of experience enhancing student achievement, educator performance, and institutional success across K through 12 and adult learning environments. She is also skilled at managing contracts, training, teams, and implementing evidence based programs that elevate outcomes. She currently serves as Senior Education Consultant and Curriculum Developer with Bryan Management Services and holds her M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction in addition to her B.S. in Elementary Ed.

As Director of Educational Development & Empowerment, she will lead the creation of educational and leadership development programs, assist in designing patient and public learning systems, and guide our efforts to cultivate global awareness through curriculum, outreach, and evidence-based education. Her expertise and commitment will be instrumental in building the foundation for the world’s first integrative hospital model centered on human potential and purpose.

John Perez has joined its Board of Directors as Herbal & Biochemical Formulation Advisor, effective November 5, 2025. John brings exceptional expertise in herbal formulation, cellular biochemistry, and natural health research that exemplifies the scientific integrity and innovation that defines our organization.

As Herbal & Biochemical Formulation Advisor, John will contribute to the advancement of PPHH’s research-driven natural medicine initiatives. His experience in herbal supplement formulation, mineral biochemistry, and fasting-based health education will help strengthen the hospital’s commitment to evidence-based natural therapies. He will also collaborate with the research and wellness divisions to ensure that all herbal developments remain aligned with PPHH’s global safety and biocompatibility standards.

John’s contribution to the design and refinement of therapeutic herbal systems supports our shared mission to merge ancient wisdom with modern science in service to humanity. Through his leadership and insight, he will help shape PPHH’s scientific foundation as we build a healthcare model rooted in longevity, empowerment, and truth.

Tiffany Chappell-Proctor has joined its Board of Directors as Co-Educational Advisor, effective December 12, 2025. Tiffany demonstrates meaningful commitment to scholarly success through her experience in coaching, academic planning, and student counseling. Tiffany also embodies exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

Tiffany is an outstanding academic counselor with more than 25 years of experience conducting behavior assessments, behavior management strategies, and guiding student success both academically and psychologically across K-12 and adult learning environments. Tiffany holds her M.A. in Counseling in addition to her B.S. in Psychology. Her work in psychology paired with the academic environment she has been immersed within brings great value to our team as we develop programs for the community. 

As Co-Educational Advisor, Tiffany will assist with the creation of educational and leadership development programs, assist in designing patient and public learning systems, and guide our efforts to cultivate global awareness through curriculum, outreach, and evidence-based education. Kevin Thompson has joined its Advisory Board as Clinical Operations & Patient Care Advisor, effective December 18, 2025. 

Kevin brings more than 13 years of leadership experience across high risk operational environments, including commercial diving, nondestructive testing, offshore operations, and large scale safety managed teams. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Kevin is recognized for his disciplined approach to operations, commitment to safety, and ability to uphold integrity and precision in complex systems. His background in hazard analysis, procedural development, and operational oversight aligns powerfully with PPHH’s mission to establish ethically grounded, patient centered hospital systems.

Throughout his career, Kevin has led teams of up to 25 personnel, managed multimillion dollar equipment assets, developed standardized operating procedures, and ensured compliance across regulated environments. His experience spans underwater inspections, saturation diving operations, safety management, logistics, and quality assurance, all of which translate directly into clinical operations readiness and patient care system design.

As Clinical Operations & Patient Care Advisor, Kevin will:

• Provide insight and guidance on patient care standards and clinical operations

• Support the alignment of ethical care delivery with emerging hospital systems

• Advise on patient centered practices and operational readiness

• Uphold clinical integrity and service excellence within PPHH programs

Kevin’s operational mindset, ethical grounding, and systems level perspective will play a vital role in shaping PPHH’s clinical frameworks as we advance toward building the world’s first integrative hospital model centered on purpose, integrity, and human centered care.

Matthew Santiago has joined its Advisory Board as Neurobehavioral Systems Advisor (Non-Board), effective January 5, 2026. Matthew brings a multidisciplinary perspective spanning neurobehavioral systems thinking, trauma-informed frameworks, and whole-person care design, supporting PPHH’s mission to build ethical, prevention-first, and human-centered healthcare systems rooted in dignity, safety, and long-term sustainability.

As Neurobehavioral Systems Advisor (Non-Board), Matthew will provide strategic guidance on the design of neurobehavioral and psychosocial frameworks that support emotional regulation, psychological safety, and patient experience across PPHH programs. His advisory role includes contributing to scalable, dignity-centered behavioral health models, supporting system-wide alignment across education and integrative care initiatives, and helping translate behavioral science principles into structured, compliant, and ethically grounded advisory frameworks. His work strengthens PPHH’s commitment to trauma-informed care, prevention-first initiatives, and compassionate system architecture.

Matthew Santiago is a neurobehavioral systems thinker and psychology scholar currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of South Florida, with an expected graduation in 2026. He holds an Associate of Arts in Arts and Sciences and is CITI Program Certified in Human Research, reflecting his grounding in ethical research standards. His academic and applied interests focus on emotional regulation, behavioral awareness, and human-centered system design. In addition to his academic work, Matthew brings a unique background in high-performance disciplines including elite-level boxing, public performance, and leadership under pressure, offering valuable insight into resilience, discipline, and human adaptability. His ability to integrate lived experience with academic study and systems-level thinking makes him a meaningful contributor to PPHH’s neurobehavioral and trauma-informed advisory initiatives.

Jolani Perez has joined its Board of Directors as Environmental & Clinical Microbiology Advisor, effective December 13, 2025. Jolani has a strong background in research on the relationship of the neuroendocrine and digestive systems and how signaling pathways control digestion. He also has studied herbal medicine and holistic health sciences with great passion. Jolani brings exceptional dedication to bringing naturopathic treatments into the greater community. 

As Environmental & Clinical Microbiology Advisor, Jolani will provide advisory insight related to environmental health considerations, microbiological awareness, and research informed safeguards that support patient safety, institutional credibility, and long-term accreditation readiness. His guidance will contribute to strengthening PPHH’s preventive health framework and scientific compliance standards. 

Jolani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and is currently working for Green Door Initiative’s Air Quality Program, installing air quality systems and educating his community on the importance of clean air.

Latisha Marsh has joined its Board of Directors as Integrative Wellness Director, effective January 12, 2026. Latisha is a seasoned pharmacist with over 25 years of progressive experience across retail, clinical, and community pharmacy settings. Latisha brings to board leadership a rare combination of clinical expertise, ethical stewardship, entrepreneurial insight, and community advocacy; making her a thoughtful, grounded, and value-driven member of the PPHH board. 

As Integrative Wellness Director, Latisha will provide leadership and strategic oversight for the development and governance of PPHH’s integrative wellness systems. Her role supports the alignment of natural medicine and wellness protocols with evidence-based standards, regulatory awareness, and patient safety principles to ensure program integrity, credibility, and sustainability across the organization. 

Latisha earned her pharmacy prerequisites at Francis Marion University and went on to graduate from the Medical University of South Carolina.  Beyond pharmacy practice, she is also the Founder of The Glowing Cougar, a holistic, clean beauty and skincare company grounded in pharmaceutical science, formulation integrity, and ethical wellness. Latisha is deeply service-oriented and actively supports individuals experiencing homelessness. She leads with a servant’s heart, believing that leadership is rooted in dignity, access, and human connection.

Lazaven is a seasoned financial leader focused on revenue generation and scalable income model design for businesses and nonprofits. His primary motivation is helping mission-driven organizations move beyond basic budgeting into consistent, sustainable income streams that fund growth and impact. He embodies alignment with PPHH’s strategic mission and frames his purpose as contributing to healthier, more prosperous lives.

Lazaven received his educational certifications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania; building a 20 year career rooted in financial excellence and community advocacy. He is the visionary founder and CEO of Mitchell Capital Partners LP, and his focus goes far beyond numbers. He fosters lasting, positive change for families and youth he serves through his mentorship with University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Empowering Teens to Thrive program: a specialized initiative designed to support youth who have experienced violence. 

As Finance & Audit Chair, Lazaven provides board-level oversight and strategic guidance related to financial forecasting, revenue architecture, audit preparation, internal controls, and long-term sustainability planning. He is a crucial component of fiduciary responsibility, transparency, accountability, and ethical governance of PPHH’s nonprofit organization.

Kimberly is a nomadic holistic health practitioner who doubles as a visionary leader, author, and teacher, motivated by the reclamation of human sovereignty. Kimberly brings exceptional dedication to bridging the gap between sacred ancestral wisdom and modern conscious living. As Spiritual & Energetic Health Advisor, Kimberly will provide advisory-level insight and guidance related to spiritual and energetic wellness philosophies, compassionate care frameworks, and culturally respectful approaches to whole-person healing. She will contribute consultative guidance aligned with dignity, compassion, and holistic wellbeing while also upholding ethical boundaries, advisory clarity, and institutional integrity.

Kimberly’s focus currently is somatic bodywork and neuromuscular release, teaching reiki, earth medicine education and guidance, nutritional expertise, authoring several books for adults and children, and much more.

Jeremy May, MSIT has joined our Advisory Board as Educational Systems Design Advisor, effective February 4, 2026. Jeremy is results-driven EdTech Solutions Engineer with over a decade of experience specializing in driving complex technical sales cycles and is an expert at translating technical product depth into clear business value for school districts. He partners with Sales and Customer Success, serving as the ultimate product expert to solve complex use cases and close net-new and expansion deals. Jeremy also has a unique foundation as a former District Technology Leader that allows for authentic stakeholder relationship-building.

Jeremy obtained his Masters in Instructional Technology from Wilkes University and Bachelors in Science Education from Indiana University. As Educational Systems Design Advisor, Jeremy will provide advisory-level insight related to the design, structure, and development of educational systems, learning frameworks, and curriculum architecture in coordination with existing education leadership. He will uphold ethical boundaries, advisory clarity, and institutional integrity on behalf of PPHH.
